An arrest warrant can be recalled by the assistance of an attorney. CHILD SUPPORT
In California, both parents have equal responsibility for the support of their minor children. A basic explanation of how child support is calculated is based on a formula that considers the % (percentage) of time each parent has with the child and the income of each parent. If you are going through a divorce or child support dispute, we will help you reach a fair agreement.
