EXPERIENCED LAWYERS IN NATURALIZATION (CITIZENSHIP)
Thousands of immigrant residents living on American soil dream of one day becoming United States Citizens, but first, they must meet certain requirements established by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS).
Immigrants who want to start this process, called Citizenship by Naturalization, must go through a cumbersome process with a waiting time that varies depending on their location. In some states, the wait time is longer due to the number of applications.
TYPES OF LEGAL ADVICE ON CITIZENSHIP BY NATURALIZATION
There are several ways to obtain citizenship. At Ayala Law Group, APC, we work with every different type of Naturalization case:
- Naturalization based on having permanent residency in the U.S. for more than 5 years.
- Naturalization based on having been married for more than 3 years to a U.S. Citizen.
- Naturalization for sons or daughters of a U.S. citizen who were born outside the United States.
- Naturalization for sons or daughters adopted by a U.S. citizen abroad.
- Naturalization for having rendered military service.
We also work with difficult naturalization cases, including those in which there are appeals, denials, criminal convictions, criminal records, tax-related problems, or suspected fraud.
